Our Story
Heritage Horse & Carriage Company was founded in 2025 by a family who has a passion for horses and the great outdoors. Our goal has always been to provide a fun and memorable experience for our customers, whether they are seasoned riders or first-timers. We are proud to have the experience to share this with our customers.
Our Horses
Our horses are loved for their temperament and experience. We have 2 lovely Newfoundland ponies available. Brandy is our brown pony, with Violet being our buckskin. We take great pride in the care we provide our horses, ensuring they are well-fed, healthy, and happy.
Meet Brandy
Brandy is a 24 year old Newfoundland pony, but don't let his age fool you! This true gentleman in harness loves to be out and on the go. Wheater it is teaming up with Geena or Violet for a sleigh ride, hauling our hearse, or simply a pleasure drive on a sunny day Brandy is up for the job.
Meet Violet
Violet is a 4 year old mare who came to us all the way from Parsons pond, on the great northern peninsula! Since coming to live with us, Violet has come a long way in her training. She spent last winter learning all about pulling in harness, and working as a team with Brandy. Violet makes a great addition to the family at Heritage horse and carriage. She looks forward to meeting you soon and helping your family make special memories!

Here at Heritage horse and carriage, we know the meaning of a family business! From horse snuggles in the barn, grooming to keep our animals looking their best, to spending countless hours in the fields making hay, we all do our part to keep things going.
